Sales assisstent was very helpful and she offered to put the new charm on my braclet and also cleaned the bracelet and charms on there for me :)

As soon as we walked into the store and approached one of the displays a sale's associate was with us offering help although the store was busy. I recalled liked that the associate was friendly, candid, and cheerful and that we didn't have to wait for help.

The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

The sales ladies went above and beyond with the service that they provided.

Kimberly was very calm and respectful to both me and my mother. We both were looking at different bracelet designs and Kimberly still helped us both . She handled both of our requests very well and we both left the store satisfied . We will definitely be purchasing again from this store !
