Pandora Jewelry

We were very happy with the friendly service we had when visited the store on Miami beach - Lincoln Road. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the nice salesperson who was so patient and helped me to find what I wanted. She was very kind and she knew exactly which jewelry I wanted.

I had a return (online purchase) and after going to Pandora at the Galeria (city of Fort Lauderdale) and they told me that I could not return something that I bought online I called this location (Lincoln Road, Miami Beach) and the salesperson (Ivette) was beyond helpful. They did not have what I wanted at the store but she managed to process the return, issue a gift card and place an online order. All that without hesitation. She did provide the best customer service that I did not have at the Galeria in Fort Lauderdale or even the Aventura Mall store which used to be better.
