Sale associate helped over the phone. Went to the store and she was very welcoming Exchange what I needed and sale associate aide me in purchasing other item.Very pleased

We went to Pandora at Lincoln Mall in South Beach, Miami. Maria was absolutely amazing! When we walked into the store she immediately came to help us. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and also let us know of all of the sales. I only intended on purchasing one charm, but there was no way that I could resist the deals Maria showed me. I ended up purchasing two charms and two clasps to keep the charms from falling off of my bracelet whenever I take it off. This experience was awesome!

FIRST TIME IN THE STORE, THE ASSOCIATED ASSISTED ME GAVE ME OPTIONS, WAS NOT PUSHY VERY POLITE. LOVING MY NEW BRACELET AMD CHARMS.

The customer service representative was really kind and attentive to me. She was quick and efficient, wore a mask all the time. She was helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I would definitely go here to buy again.
