Manager would not respond to question clearly. Didnt allow customer to talk about other merchandise options and did not try to help customer resolve the merchandise issue.

We were extremely bad attended by the associate! We feel scorned for being from another country! She didn’t pay attention to the product sold and so it happened that the bracelet was almost broken!

The day after I bought 4 itens in pandora store are Lincoln Rd. in Moami (2 charms and 2 clips), one of the clips opened and fell down. I realized it opened once as soon as I bought this but I closed again. 1 day after the same problem happened and the clip got lost. It is awkward and unbelievable that a charm used One time opened and fell down. It was probably with Flow. Now I am back to Brazil and lost a lot of money with the charms, because I will not use a bracelet that is missing one clip and it is not fair buying a new one. I am very very disappointed with pandora and intend to never more use the bracelet or buy more charms. I feel desrespected and disappointed.
