Pandora Jewelry

I was returning from a beach day, nad then I decided to stop at Pandora with my wife and buy her a gift from our honeymoon trip. I was almost ignored on the store, and the sale assistant was not very kind when we requested some for trials. She looked as we cannot buy anything in the store. After the payment she threw the jewels in the box (with any care), and not even pack the jewels in it.

I visited the Lincoln Road, Miami shop. When I entered it was none customer, just the manager of the store yelling, shouting and Coursing in a big argument toward the 2 salesperson in Spanish ( which I know as I’m Spanish speaking) One of the salesperson a young girl came to assist me, but of course the environment was horrible like a nightmare because the store manager. This person was trying to speak with me and I told her that I love Europe because there is peace, she was making gestures. Pandora top management must know this and fire that store manager asap

The employee who checked us out was very rude. She was not very nice or friendly. It made me not want to make a purchase.

The store manager did not assist. Purchased a charm that broke and we spoke to the sales associate. She had to ask the manager who clearly stated to her that it was purchased over a year ago and would not even look at us. She told the sales associate we had to call customer service and I asked her directly if we can call from the store and she proceeded to address the sales associate and state that we need to do that on our own. Would not even look at us.....someone like this should not be in a position as manager. I am a Director at Mount Sinai and would never address a person in the manner she did. Unfriendly, unprofessional and disrespectful. We purchased 2 charms because we have been doing this for several years but never again at the Lincoln Road store.

La vendedora no parecía querer atender. No me indico dónde estaba lo que buscaba, me tapó la vidriera donde podía verlos y no me ayudo. Luego, me mostró unos pocos charms y miraba hacia otro lado. Casi no respondió mía preguntas y parecía que quería que me fuera.
