MY DAUGHTER LOSED HIS BRACELET JUST BUYING BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND OPENED, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND FORTUNATORY I WAS REJECTED TO CHANGE IT, MORE THAN I HAVE A DAMAGED CHARM. THE MATERIAL IS REALLY EXPIRING, I WAS AN EXCELLENT BUYER BUT I WILL NOT HAVE YOU 'MORE' !!!

Because I waited over 20 minutes to get the assistance of anyone. Tree people attending one customer and me waiting. At the end the guy who assisted me was pretty polite and friendly. But I was annoyed by the time I spent in the store.

When I was arrive to the store. Any hello! But when other arrive they have their hello. I have turn in the store to wait that one asssitant mentioned me that they can assist to me. One had already client and another one was in their phone. So I have waiting. The two women arrived after me have been taken by an assistant before me. Some charms are not in this store.

The sale associated informed me that I would not be able to find the bracelet in another store due to the type of store it was. Sales rep reported that only certain stores would have the bracelet and reported that No regular store would have it. I told her I'm from Georgia and she reported that only two stores in Georgia would have it and one store was is located in Savannah. She reported that the bracelet could not be order online as well. I call the store here in Douglasville, Georgia and they had the bracelet in stock. I was disappointed since I could had purchase the bracelet I wanted from the Georgia location.

I was at the store in miami florida in south beach. I am a senior in high school looking to buy a nice ring. I had found my ring I want and went to a employee to ask get the size I wanted and when I walked up to the lady left that she was very tense and agresive with me the whole time I was trying to check out. This experience made me feel very like to not want to go back to pandora in store because I felt the customer service was poor and made the price of the ring not feel right for the service i resevided

In November my husband bought a pair of earrings matching with a ring. A couple of days after, already in Argentina, I realized that the stone of the ring was missing. In March, visiting Miami, I went to 2 stores trying to have my ring back, but they informed that Pandora took that ring out of sales. I really like it and would like to have it but they told me there’s no way of getting it back. The people of both stores were very nice and friendly but I got out very disappointed.

The sales manager in the store at Dadeland Mall in Miami Florida is absolutely rude and unprofessional and does not represent what the brand is. She was continuously gossiping about the clients in the store in front of other clients. And she was not willing to exchange my mothers bracelet size which was a Christmas present, stating that it was used and therefore it could not be changed. The bracelet was brand new and couldn’t be used as it fit big. Other than that, I was told in Sydney where I bought it that the gift could be exchanged even after 30 days of the purchase date, and the woman at Dadeland insisted that at her store you could only change it within the 30 days from the purchase date.

I waited more than 20 minutes for assistance although the shop manager came into the shop from the outside while I was waiting . One of the assistance’s told her I was waiting but she went to the back of the store and left me waiting for another 10 minutes
