I went in to try and change the size of my Pandora bracelet we asked the lady what size would be good for me. Then she checked and then had none of the sizes left!! I was very disappointed as I thought I was getting somewhere. To resolve the problem they should get new stock after Christmas as that’s the busiest time of the year. Thank you 😊

Being a holiday season i am aware that most stores extend their return or exchange policy on gifts. Also being a store in miami, one of the highest visited places in the world i really expected that gifts bought for holiday season would have a bit of a longer time limit for returns. There was not the size that i wanted on a ring so i got a bigger size and it stresses me because it might be to big and its a shame for her to not be able to change it if its not the right fit. Also it prevent me from buying anothwr ring for the same reason.

The person helping me wasn’t speaking English...had difficulty of measuring my finger even though I told her my size..she couldn’t understand English though. The models of the rings I wanted to try...keep giving me too small sizes and in the end she didn’t pack it as a gift when I requested. She didn’t understand as well...

the staff is really rude, they judge the person by the appearance, and they don't even ask if the person need help .. I was really disappointed with my visit to Lincoln RD store in Miami, I cant recommend this store to my friends who is visiting miami.

En ésta fecha hize una compra y a la vez solicité ayuda con uno de mis 6 brazaletes. Se me ayudo con la compra de una manera no muy grata, la representante # 137678 parecÃa estar enfocada solo en vender y atender de la manera más rápida posible. Al terminar con la transacción de la compra le pedà ayuda con mi brazalete que estaba torcido en el centro y ella procedió a estirarlo argumentando que muchas veces sirve para ponerlo en posición lo cual no es verdad. Esa acción ha causado que ahora el brazalete me quede más grande. Totalmente insatisfecha con la situación ya que he gastado varios miles en estos productos durante años como para no recibir la ayuda adecuada.

Bought the rose bracelet in Miami on holiday I have lots of Pandora jewellery. On my return to UK. Found it much cheaper even without the tax.! A difference of nearly £20. So annoyed!!
