When i exchange an item the store didn’t refund me the exact amount so i went to the store again to fix the problem!!!

This is my second time I bought pandara in US. I dont know other will experience the same as me or not but it’s really make me feel bad when the assistant act like they don’t care. Does not matter I’m going to buy or not but I do have a right to ask no problem with that right?

They didn’t have what I was looking for, the sales associate seemed bothered by me asking so many questions and asking to see different things

sales associate was extremely rude, we made the transaction, there was $0.50 change that we didn't care about, lady was totally disconnected, stressed, raised her finger to me, said very load something like "esperate !!" i think some request to a client should always be accompanied with a please or sir......

Everything was good, but the sales assistent it wasn’t proactive at all! It seems that she didn’t have the will to dale anything. We had to kept asking all the time for help.
