I visited the shop in Santa Monica branch, the service was excellent even though I did not make any purchase. The overall experience was exceptional good.

There still can be better especially we shop for a long time but didn't to provide seat till we ask.

The item that I wanted was out of stock. And there seemed to be some confusing with locating the correct sizes and colors. However the ladies were able to find an alternative that was on sale.

I was satisfied

The Miami charm I was wanting to purchase was not Available. The staff told me that it was no longer however I found it in the Brickell store.

I bought one farm for $60 dollars. That's insane

I went to buy specifically 2 items but in the store were people that were buying more stuff the sales assistance made me feel not good enough for their sales

The first sales associate was not helpful. I left the store and returned later. Lissethe was a different associate who greeted me the 2nd time and was helpful. The necklace I bought does not fit around my son's neck. I called Lissethe back on the phone and will visit again to find a solution. We might need to join 2 necklaces or put an added link that Lissethe showed me when I was in the store. I arranged to go when she is working
