They Didnt have charm Alice in worderland tea party. All the charms where Locked, this is not Nice to chose.

I was ignored when I entered the store as one assistant was dealing with another customer, I browsed for around 5 minutes before I was approached by a different member of staff. The member of staff was satisfactory but did not make me feel special like I have come to expect in your stores.

The associate that helped me wasn't friendly or helpful. We had to wait over 10 minutes to get help from someone. I am completely unsatisfied with how things work now in stores, how they show you the product, in the sense that you cannot see or touch all the options by category as it was before. Selecting which one you want to see from a catalogue throws the whole experience down. It was much more confortable, easier and even it led to wanting to buy more than one, when they showed you the whole selection of charms physically. Asking to show you each charm from a catalogue and one by one now leads to not wanting to visit the store, associates seam bothered, but instead just choosing one online, there's basically no difference now.

A lady working at the Pandora did not seem very enthusiastic, she didn’t look like she wanted to be there working. Overall the experience was okay and quick!

The store assistant took a lot of time to help me. This is the second time that happens to me at a different store.
