Sales associate was not totally aware of prices I felt as not the most important costumer for them I almost left the store without buying because of the lack of attention

Being able to attend a Pandora store early in the morning was a great experience. The availability of assistance at the time I arrived was fantastic. The selection for the items I was going to look for was outstanding. Great work having everything needed at hand.

It was my birthday, I went into the store for a starter charm bracelet. I wasn't satisfied with charm options. The complimentary bag for my bracelet along with a lot of charms were out of stock. I was looking for an ankh charm and you all don't have one.

The woman assisting me was not very friendly, I has to look for her and she wasn't even occupied. Didn't smile at all
