I walked in and was greeted and waited on promptly. Got what I came in for. The sales person also asked to clean my bracelets. She cleaned them really good.

Kamilah was amazing! I've been to Pandora stores before; my boyfriend & I grab a new charm every time we travel. But Kamilah is the first person to really talk to us beyond a sales point. She knew everything about the charms, asked what I was looking for and of course gave great recommendations, but we also just asked where to visit in the city! She was super friendly, and our conversation was hilarious! I honestly would've bought more from her just to help her commission! She's great!

I was shopping at the last minute for a Thank you gift and I was glad to know that your store is open till 10pm. Your staff sales representative Martha knew exactly what to show me for my budget and I was able to choose a gift and out of your store within 15 min.
