The customer service experience was fantastic. My sales representative and the manager were very nice and patient with me.

The associate was very helpful - she looked for charms she thought we would like which we did. In addition, she cleaned my bracelet. However, I do wish she would have have taken out each charm and cleaned it individually along with the bracelet. I am still satisfied with the service whatsoever.
