I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales person #137677 was very helpful. This was my first time visiting a Pandora store. My son gave me a Pandora bracelet for Mother's Day and it had been sitting on my dresser until I brought it it and was intrigue with what it's all about. I was really satisfied with the promotional discount I received!

I have worked in customer service industry for 10 years. Love the service given to me and others. Even when waiting everyone was acknowledged and was communicated with throughout their experience. Jillian R at the Westfield on Broward location was very patient with me and was just thrinkig of a bracelet but ended up leaving with that and 3 quality charms. Happy about my purchase and experience.

The sales manager was very nice and helpful

The clasp of my Pandora bracelet broke and i took it to get repaired. They informed me that they couldnt fix it. They gave a credit and I was able to purchase another one. I did have to pay the difference of $21.00 but I got a nicer one. The sales lady was courteous and helpful.
