Pandora Jewelry

There is always a vast selection of jewelry to choose from. I really lenjoy wearing Pandora products that express my individuality. However, I do miss many of the retired pieces. Hey maybe Pandora can do a retirement party sale!

There is a one on one interaction with the sales person, so I had her undivided attention. She took her time showing me all the merchandise I requested and she was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. In the I end, my purchase was seamless and she made my experience a pleasant one.

I have wanted to own a Pandora bracelet for a long time so I decided to get one on December when it was on sale. Had to wait an hour on the line. But I got what I wanted.

We were told that because our purchase was more than 30 days old, we were not going to be able to return my wife's charm. I had bought her a birthday charm that she didn't end up liking, but we are both in graduate school and finishing up the end of the semester/finals so we didn't have time to exchange the charm right away. Although the policy was clearly stated, the associate and manager allowed us to exchange the item. We ended up walking out having spent an additional $50 on top of the exchanged value, instead of leaving angry and bitter with a charm she didn't like because it couldn't be exchanged. This is the kind of customer service that builds customer relationships, and keeps people coming back.

Sales associate was great. Got what I came for. Only one slight problem. Had to wait an hour. But my fault. It's Christmas time.
