I was happy being there at the store but there were limited selection. The charm I came to get was the boss lady and they don’t have it anymore. This is the only issue I have with Pandora is the discontinue charms

Tiffany is always a breath of fresh air. She makes recommendations that are spot on. Her youthfulness was definitely needed when making decisions for graduation and birthday gifts for my 2 teenage daughters. Her smile is contagious and she is always flaunting hers. She is hands down the BEST sales associate I've experienced at any store and I'm 45 years young. She is just so personable and remembered me and my girls even after the first visit and was able to make recommendations on what to add to our collection without me even reminding her.
