The store was clean, beautiful and stocked. The sales associate had the knowledge and shared it with us. I love the service I received at this store as opposed to another one I will NEVER step foot in again!

I have no words to explain how amazing the customer service was at the store, the moment I walked in I had a salesperson great me and said, " if I can help you, please let me know". This was not like walking into a shark tank of every salesperson bothering you just to make a sale. plus, this was my first time ever going into a pandora store. thank you for the outstanding service.

The sales rep was great, friendly and helpful. However, other sakes reps were stocking up some windows and were inconsiderate as to where I was standing-asking several times for me to move: they could’ve waited…

During this last minute holiday time, the wait on line outside the store wasn't as bad at all! The line moved quickly. The sales associate was extremely patient. She was also very helpful!
