Stacy helped me and my boys pick a birthday gift for my wife it was our first time in Pandora I saw some boxes on a table with pink ribbon and I wanted it so she made the boxes with ribbon for my sons mom

The sales associate Kim was extremely friendly. She answered all questions and handled all of my concerns. Even when the store was experiencing extreme high volume, everything was still running smoothly.

My initial reason for visiting the store was to purchase a pandora me bracelet. While at the register, another associate walked by and noticed the bracelet that I was purchasing and suggested the UNICEF set that included a charm and 2 spacers in addition to the bracelet. I ended up paying less than $1 more and got a complete set instead of just a bracelet.

I seem to always get the same sales lady and she is always so helpful. She takes the time to show me what I want no matter how long it takes me.

Every one on staff is amazing and have exceptional customer service skills. Julieta is always on point, knowledgeable and very courteous. This is the only Pandora store i shop for my wife and daughters. The staff has always gone beyond to help me with a purchase or acquiring a piece of jewelry that they might not of had instore. I can't say enough about their service and professionalism.

I've been to this Pandora before I am very satisfied with the people that work there and they have the sizes and everything I want they make it easy for me!!!!

I love all of the Pandora range and with the cleaning facility available in store it’s excellent. Pandora keep on coming up with new adorable items. I am definitely a fan. It is always an acceptable gift whatever the age of the recipient.
