I came into the store to fix my bracelet since the clasp broke, I was greeted immediately. The sales rep Fania D was wonderful and very helpful.

My Pandora experience was very pleasing. The staff was always smiling even if it appeared that they would be upset, or frustrated.

Customer service was great and I was able to get everything I wanted. Sales associate was very nice, friendly and helpful. The price was excellent for what I purchase.

My sales associate was super friendly and bubbly. The store was clean as usual but not over crowded due to covid. My dales associate went above and beyond to find the exact item needed by taking the item i needed off of the display case.

I love Julie the one that works at the broward mall she was amazing she helped me out and I kept buying more items because I trusted her I love my 3 bracelets I purchased that day and my charms I really want her too help me out next time I visit .

This store has always had very associates. It’s clean and usually have everything in stock. You always get a good feeling being in this store.
