Pandora Jewelry

The sales person assisting me was very helpful. I came just to buy one charm, she was so amazing I bought a bracelet and three charms. She made me feel special since my birthday was yesterday. I wanted to treat myself.

The lady that was helping me was super sweet and amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted it. She took her time to help me and I appreciate her patience.

It's always in and out i like that ..

i am highly satisfied with my experience from Pandora because of the help we got once we walked into the store, how clean the store was and the beautiful jewelry from Pandora is amazing

The charm I originally wanted was not in stock the bangle was not in stock I was about to give up and the associate found me alternatives that was just as good !

Service was anazing, a little sad because some charms are online only. But overall great experience.

I went into the store this day to exchange a bracelet that was given to me by my boyfriend usually i can just exchange for a different size because he purchased the wrong size the bracelet was very sentimental given what we have been thru and it could not be exchanged so now at this point it is just sitting in a Pandora box You guys usually stand behind your products, but this time not so much I do not think i will be coming back to Pandora Nothing against Stacy she was a delight my concerns are truly with Pandora alone a simple exchange of an item would have satisfied me but calling customer service was a dead end too I am just 1 customer but i really am left with a bad taste in my mouth and that is truly too bad. My item was from an internet purchase that i am speaking about i only wanted to go one more size up again i was not there for the purchase of it how do u call yourself a jewelry store if exchange cannot be done so only the person the gift is for has to buy it that is ludicrous i am sad i will be parting ways with Pandora after this experience.

The customer service was very professional, the ladies who where working that they were all well dressed and friendly. The service was also very fast and precise
