I had just gotten out of the hospital 3 days before they told me the wait time was half an hour after waiting for so long told the salesgirl I was about to pass out and asked for a chair..After waiting they told me I could not get a refund on my ring since I did not buy it there so I exchange for a different one which was told it had to be the same amount cause they would not give me any money back. The store policy needs to be changed. Never heard you could not get a refund since it wasn't the same story. I will never shop here again and made sure my friends knew what I went through.
