I’m not sure if she was the store manager or not. But she was a slim lady with bright colored eyes. I went there for for an exchange for store credit but she was being very nasty with me. Like she didn’t want to help. She gave me an attitude and was very sarcastic. I’m not sure if she was racist but her attitude towards me was very distasteful. She knew that the experience that she gave me wasn’t a good one because she asked someone else to cash me out so her name wasn’t on my receipt

The associate Linda helped us and was rushing us the whole time. I know this was the week of mother's day, but usually the associates help by placing the charms on your bracelet and they work with you on choosing the best charms. She seemed like she didn't care, she even gave me an example as to why she didnt want to put the charms on my bracelet. She said something along the lines that "I go home and I sit on my table and I reorganize all my charms". I understand that she didn't want to place my charms for me but again, I'm used to the customer service I always get from any pandora store. She also explained that there was no bracelet cleaning until after mothers day. I understood that but I would have wanted a clean bracelet with my new charm. I will avoid her next time and get someone else to help me.

The sales rep Anisha R No. 162493 took a long time to greet us. Didn't have know if the Disney Ariels S glow in the dark. Once I pointed it out the Pandora booklet that's what it said. It took her ten minutes to find the Key to heart charm that came out with Valentine Day collection for 2018. She didn't have her equipment with her to place my charms in, she place the charms that I wanted on the table and the in hands. I ask her to replace my charms because I didn't want charms that have been place on the table or in her oily or dirty hands. Once we check out she ask me if I wanted to place my TWO charms into one box inside of TWO boxes. I decide to give this Pandora another chance because they didn't have enough selection of charms but now since they redid the store it like they have rude and un trainable sales agent.

The Clerk was very rude. As she was attending to me while I was paying for my merchandise, she was also on the phone the ENTIRE TIME. She proceeded to point to directions on the screen of the checkout system instead of using her verbal skills. I was unable to ask or comment on directions during the entire process of my checkout. Additionally, I already had to wait 30 mins before being attended to. She was on the phone the entire time in addition to attending to me. I was very upset and I will not be referring this store to any of my family members or friends that frequently buys Pandora.

There was not enough help and I had to wait in line an hour and half. No one was allowed to shop in store until summoned and even then I wasn’t greeted with a warm hello. The staff was very rude and was rushing to get us out because they were closing at 6. All the customers behind me were turned away after standing in line over an hour. Very unacceptable. The store did not have my ring size and didn’t even offer to order it for me so there was a lost sale. Very unprofessional staff all around. I will never go back to that location ever

Order on line didn’t receive all my order so I went in the store I explained what happened n ask would they be able to help before I waited in the 2 hour line was told yes got up to the associate n was told I had to contact the online people who I purchase from

I called that morning; told wasn't busy. I arrived at the store and was quoted a 25 min wait time. I set my phone timer (based on time of text too). I CAME TO THE STORE WITH A SPECIFIC LIST. I wasn't "shopping." Needed to get in and out. There's NO Line for people who JUST WANT TO PICK UP and PAY for MERCHANDISE. One associate spent 25 min with 1 customer. There was NO URGENCY to get to the line of customers also waiting. There was the "sign in person." That was mostly not busy. She could have taken my list and pulled the merchandise and gotten me in and out. The store at the Hard Rock in Hollywood used to do that. This mall staff was terrible. And, when I told the associate that I wanted to get in and out, she was thrown off by my NOT WANTING an "experience." She tried to get me in and out, but it was still frustrating with the bar code scanning, wrapping, and interruptions.
