I am having a huge issue getting my free gift...i select the tennis bracelet and I was provided with a size 1 which I made the representative aware it would not fit. She stated it would be easy to exchange for a different size and im still in the situation that I started with please help i need a size 2 In white tennis bracelet

Sales associate was not very friendly at all and seemed to be bothered by servicing my daughter and I it was like pulling teeth her customer service was horrible and i felt in a hurry to choose an item very very dissappointed as first time in any pandora store to have a sales associate be so very dry unfriendly and make me feel unwanted in spending my money at store

The sales person at the Broward mall in Florida was extremely rude and judgmental to my aunt. I was embarrassed to have purchased her a gift from Pandora , be cause this lady treated her do badly!

The 2 sales associates were assisting complete knuckleheads. These “customers” completely monopolized their time, never purchasing. I waited over 1/2 hour. Once acknowledged, I knew what I wanted and completed my purchase in a minute. My time is money. Your sales team needs to learn how to juggle consumers and determine who is serious and who is a “tire kicker” that can’t afford a spacer on a bracelet

The assistant manager Ubee (guessing name spelling) no name tag. She was very short with me, not customer friendly kept looking over my shoulder if I was bothering or taking to long to select an item. The check out was even worse when asking me have I shop there before I reply yes and when my information didn't come up she says to her trainee (Yessenia) She didnt shop at this store in a fesious manner. I've spent money in this store and it's sad to say the customer service was horrible by someone that said they are management. She was also training Yessenia (no name tag) either. Thanks unhappy customer

I was on my lunch break and went into the store to buy a charm. There was two associates. One was assisting a customer as the other was just behind the register not doing anything. I waited almost 10 minutes before receiving service. As i went to check out the associate that was helping me was talking to her coworker not asking me if there was anything else I needed. When I returned to work i had realized that the box that my charm was in didn’t have the string so my charm was all over the box. Never have been more disappointed.

Pandora store at Broward Mall the manager went out of her way to assist me. Even when the sales associate could not find the item I wish to purchase. She was able to locate. Very helpful and friendly at the store

The manager on duty that night cut me off when trying to speak to her didn’t greet me at all her associate told her I needed help she said nonchalantly I need to finish my customer turned and looked at her associate and stuck her tounge out with a grin on her face as if matters were funny . I had another manager from another store on the phone from baca raton store who was helping me by the name of Leo who heard the disrespect over the phone and witness what he heard. The manager refuse to look me up with profile number 3 times eventhough I told her my Info was incorrect nor did her associate try looking me up she was advised as well Leo told me from no a my jewlery could me exchanged under warranty the manager in the store tried to get me send it to corporate as a damaged item after I told her a stone was missing Leo felt bad for me on the phone he expressed to me . As I was leaving I said goodbye nether the associate or manager told me good bye . I will NEVER buy from them or return I’m rethinking buying with pandora altogether I’ve shopped with pandora since 2016 with this experience this may be the end for me the hassle and headache isn’t worth it
