The sales associates were not knowledgeable about the products. There were so many associates but no one wanted to help.

While I was in the process of trying to decide on a product with my wife, one associate told us to step aside so he could provide service to another customer who came in after we did. He then got confrontational when I told he that we were still looking at the products. No apology was ever offered. Hs attitude and customer approach was absolutely not welcomed

This was my second horrible experience with the store I went in today with my friend to purchase some charms the sales associate didn’t even acknowledge me an wasn’t even friendly I told him I was what I was looking for he found it an just thrown it at the counter I wanted to purchase more items but with him not being friendly I was just ready to pay so I could leave I took out my necklace that I had on so he could place it on a he didn’t even do it I had to put the charm on for my self . He didn’t even ask if I want a bag or if I need anything else . I ask him to speak to a manger an the store manager came to speak to me . This is my second time speaking to the store manger cause I had a horrible experience before at the store but when I told her about the experience I had with the sales associate today I felt like she was on his side an made me felt like I was not telling the truth. She told me that she never had customer complaint about any max experience before an she don’t know why this is just with me . She even started saying that the sales associate has been working there since September an the he’s such a good worker .

The cell associate was very rude bias and judge mental also being racist her name was Paige and I was very very dissatisfied I spent over 50 and was treated like I was going to steal

THE MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL AND KIND OF RUDE, HOWEVER TOWARDS THE END SHE SEEMED TO REALIZE HER MISTAKE!

The store was clean and there were two associates helping customers. There is a sign outside for people to wait until called. I waited over 25 minutes with no one ahead of me to be assisted. Once assisted the associate was not helpful, she didn’t try to discuss what gift would be good for my purchase. She said they had no horoscope charms and I ended up buying a cake charm. She also said they have noting fitting for a job promotion or congratulations. It was a poor visit.

Unable to move in the store freely to look at merchandise due to Covid. However allowed another customer in store to not wear his mask. Inventory of store very bad. Sales associate I pad licked when she was processing my payment. Had to wait while manager called IT support. Took 30 minutes. Very unhappy from beginning to end of my visit to this Pandora store. Will not be back!

after waiting in line the sales associate came to get me and brought me to one specific area, where I was made to feel as though I couldn't look around in the store, I was asked what I was looking, I said a bracelet and instead of being able to see displays of bracelets, I was given a book to scroll through, this was not the fault of the sales associate, its the failure of the Pandora company to consider we are the customer and should be treated respectfully as a customer. I could have done this online and avoided the store completely, it was a terrible experience
