It was a line to go inside of the store, it was ok for me to wait because I was over there to buy a gift for my daughter, she’s a teacher , before this I was inside just to asked to the lady if she has some specific one and her answered was yes, I asked again do you think you will have enough? Her answered was again yes, I waited like 1 hour outside, when I finally go inside the vendor told me sorry we don’t have , I was completely frustrated about this, anyway I bought something for my daughter because I don’t wanna come back with empty hands and was almost 9 pm when the mall close, so it’s make really disappointed about

The sales staff are very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful nor attention to the customer.

I went there twice this weekend. The first time the selection of merchandise was terrible, the few Available did not have pricing. The next day I went to exchange a purchase and my daughter gets her fingers slammed with the cabinet door at the store by your sales associate. We had to wait a while to be helped and once again no selection, specially pandora shine.....

You have to create a better system.Waiting in line for over an hour is NOT acceptable.You need to have an associate ask people in line if they know what they want.Then, the associate should check to see if the merchandise is in stock.If so, the customer should be able to pay and leave.People who window-shop for upwards of 20 minutes and hold up the line should be separated from people who just need to purchase an item.People are in foul moods by the time they get to the associate and your workers are suffering abuse from angry customers for a policy that they have NO control over.Do better, or you will lose customers.

The wait time to get into the store was ridiculous. There must be a solution to the madness. Bigger store perhaps. I also did not receive the free ornament as the store was only sent a limited quantity according to the sales associate. I'll just order online next time and save myself the time and feet ache of standing in line.

I ordered a necklace for pick up in store. The broward mall location didn’t receive my order and refused to give me the product I PAID FOR! I showed them my email and they still refused. They said they’re something wrong with their system. I bought another one in store because I needed it as a gift. I still haven’t received the confirmation email, or my money back

I didn't get her name but she is African American, long , highlighted hair, mature, maybe a manager it seems and she is full figured. I have encountered her maybe 3 times , over 4 years and she always leaves a negative impact, she is very condescending. All other employees at this Broward Mall location are very nice! She needs to work on her tone, her friendliness and attitude. She cut my mother off mid sentence when she was requested a charm moved. If she didn't understand what was being said, she said , "excuse me", in a very annoyance type tone She doesn't make you feel welcomed at all. The next time I encounter her at this location I will request another sales associate. Her customer service skills are very poor.
