Sales associate seemed to be rushing us out. Didn’t feel that I had enough time, or was given the time to look for what I truly felt was for me.

Standing in the store waiting to be helped or even acknowledged for a very long time. Both team members were helping others and didn't even glanced at me even though I was right next to then clearly needing help. Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all.

We spend almost 2 hours on the line to be able to see mech and buy it , while in the line I saw people leaving because of the waiting time.

I asked for a manager to handle an exchanged; she didnt even try to do it; when I got upset about the way she treated me and handled the situation and asked for her name she lied to me about it (wrote it on a Pandora booklet it was "maria" when her name was Stacey. I confronted about it and she told me "she had both names and stacey was her middle name. She suggested that I should be buying things from walmart and not them and even yell this to me while I was leaving the store. She kept calling me "honey"; she used demeaning tone when referring to me; she was condescending and, sarcastic. I feel humiliated and discriminated.

For the amount of traffic in that location having more staff on a Friday and Saturday would make sense. I was second in line and I was out the door. Just unacceptable
