False advertising on the specials - spend $150 get a free bracelet and then I was told by the manager that if I wanted it to order online. I was not offered anything else to compensate the promotion. If the promotion is not available you should remove it. People tend to shop based on sales and promotions offered. You just reeled customer and after waiting in line to find out you don’t get what you came for. If it wasn’t because I was buying for bday the next I would of walked out of the store. Also manager didn’t have the courtesy to apologize instead her response to me and the sales person were like if I didn’t like it go somewhere else

Rude and inattentive staff!

ask about what is happening to my rosecolor bracelet and charms. 3 and 4 different answers without solution

As a coming to the store the looks she give me I don’t think you have any money to spend here.

Staff were incredibly rude and treated us as if we were an inconvenience while trying to buy a ring. When a specific ring was not in the size i had requested, the staff offered no solution. I ended up picking out an entirely different ring.

I had to wait outside due to the number of people in the store, I understand that; however, you should allow the person who is purchasing. There was a wife/husband and a child in the store while I wanted outside for 20 minutes. Unacceptable

The individual who assisted me was very short and rude. I provided a picture of an earring I wanted but she didn't even bother to search for them. Instead, she offered another pair that was in the picture which was my second option and was more expensive. She seemed more interested in selling me the more expensive pair. Money wasn't a problem but I really wanted the other pair and we will be returning the product.

The store line was long but I didn’t like the fact that someone skipped us and I was not satisfied at all because it was more then 5 people in the store that is not social distancing at all the sighn said 5 I found about 10 I was very upset.

Sales associate was not friendly at all. I thought of going to a different store just because of her attitude. She was a Blond white, skinny woman. Wouldnt recomend her at all.
