Sales person was not helpful. Didn’t wanna honor online promotion. I hade to ask for headquarters information. Manager on duty not helpful as well.

To begin, none of the sales associates even said hello to me as i waled in the store, and nobody offered to help me. To describe the situation there were 2 sales associates, one helping other customers, and the other just standing there. Upon getting the woman's attention and asking her to see rings in my size, she seemed bothered by my request. Furthermore, as I was looking and asking about pricing, she seemed annoyed to look and as if she just wanted me to leave. I was with two other girls, however they decided they decided not to buy what they originally wanted because of the sales associate's attitude and unwillingness to help. We felt unwanted in the store. This was unlike any Pandora experience I've had before, and I have to say it was very disappointing.

The two associates could absolutely careless that anyone walked into the store. The one who did provide service basically rushed the purchase also the item I purchased fell apart. Really upset about this for the cost of the bracelet. I will never ever return to that store. I will return my broken bracelet purchase to the Galleria Mall store.

I was so surprised that pandora did not have any charms for Nana's or Grandma. I was told that Pandora does not have any charms at all. My son and grandchildren would get me charms.

The store was freezing. I went in because my bracelet kept falling off and she offered me a guard. It wasn’t made for my bracelet and didn’t fit properly yet rang it up. The manager told her to get me one to work ( different style) and it took too long to do exchange.

I did a purchase in store yesterday, plantation-FL and suppose to get the receipt on my email and no email received. I called the store few times and the person that answer the call told that can do anything for me.

I purchased a bracelet for $200, chose to wear it instantly. However, the employee neglected to give me a bag and I had to Go back and forth with her over a jewelry box for my purchase. She offered me a cloth bag and didn’t think I needed an actual box for MY jewelry. I felt that was rude and dismissive.

I bought bracelet on your on-line store. It was too big. I brought into the store. It was exchanged for a smaller size which was on sale and les expensive but even with my receipt and and original packaging, I lost money as in no price difference credit. Bad business. I bought my daughter’s bracelet and paid more for the size. I paid for my larger size…. Disappointing. My salesperson was nice as she explained even exchange but for a larger one, there’s a price difference.
