The store was very small . Did not have a huge selection of charms to choose from . One of the sales associates was not helpful at all even though the store was busy other associates tried to assist while customers they were attending to were browsing through the catalog . This particular sales associate told me I can’t help you I’m working with her while the lady was looking through the book and once the lady said I’m not ready you can help her she said oh no it’s fine I can wait on you so I left and came back .

They did not have all the 4 items I was looking for, so I have to decide at the last minute what to buy...it is so frustrating

There was very long checkout lines.The store is pretty small so there is no space for browsing. Sales associate did not give me the Pandora warranty information booklet with receipt only handed me the receipt.

The sales associates did not rush to ask me if I needed help even though they were not attending to anyone else. Perhaps they get a lot of people who just come to browse but I had a very specific charm I was looking for as a birthday gift request and being a first time customer I did not know there is a catalog you can look through. When the person said the charm was not avail and I asked her to show me something similar and she offered an item that was nothing similar or in the same theme as what I was looking for. It didn't even have a charm. I finally grabbed the catalog from her and picked something else. She just didn’t seem to have good product knowledge.

Understandably the store is extremely busy during the holiday season. I don't understand why there wouldn't be an "express" line for people who know exactly know what they want to purchase so they are in and out. Or what about a in store pick up option. Why stand in a line for an hour and a half when I know what I want to get and it literally only took 10 minutes with the sales associate. Service was great. Associate was great.

I was buying two gifts for two separate people over the price of $150, I ask the associate if I can pay separately to receive two separate jewelry boxes she said no so now I have to go to a different store just to be able to get a gift box for my other gift I’m buying because it’s over $150. Very inconvenient and not helpful at all. I also had someone with me the lady said one per household even though we were paying separately, very dissatisfied.

The entire staff were unfriendly and the sales associate that I worked with had no eye contact and was very disinterested in helping me. I basically had to sell myself the item I purchased. No thank you for the purchase etc.
