The line moves extremely slow there should be more staffing to assist customers to speed up the process

Although the store was busy during this holiday weekend, the first associate said someone would be right with us, then the next three customers who entered the store after us were helped and we were still waiting. We left and came back later only to have an associate who didn’t seem all that eager to truly assist us in finding a ring for my daughter. Although I did purchase a ring, I have never felt more like my business really didn’t matter than I did during this visit.

When I walked in the associates were engaged in a personal conversation and it took them over a minute to greet me and ask if I needed help. I wondered the store with little guidance prior to an initial greet from any of the associates.

The new collection was supposed to be in stores but upon our arrival the new collection still hadn't arrived. I asked about the collection and they said it would come soon but thats not a clear answer. I still bought some merchandise so she was very helpful.

I go to this Pandora because it's very convenient for me. However, there are many times where they are ALWAYS sold out of charms. It's like the selection of charms are very low at this location.

I think the person that help me was not interested in selling the merchandise and this is the second time she helps I had to buy a present and she was the only one who can help me Not a good asset for the company

The sales associate Ubi was rather rude to me did not really listen to my needs even made rude comments in front of me came off very judegemental, the other two assosiates where ok but I would not recommend that particular Pandora store location might just make my next purchase online

The sales associate should be able to place the order online if items are not there in store. Atleast check the availabilty online.
