I can to get in line at 6:30 pm and was turned away because the store closing at 7 pm. I left and went to the food cart near the store. I observed that additional people were being let in at 6;45 pm to shop. I returned to the store and requested to be served since I was turned away. The employees did comply.

Your associate was wearing a mask but not covering her nose at all. Your manager never said a word to her regarding her mask. It was an unsafe experience.

there was hardly any charms out. event he one i was looking for they did not have on display but they had in stock. i wanted to buy more but there was hardly any charms out at all... i will stick to the coral square mall. they are always stocked

Initially the Supervisor or manager which ever she was started our interaction being very dismissive until I suggested she look in the system check to confirm the bracelet stuck/seized locked on my arm was still under warranty. At that moment she realized that I spend a substantial amount of time/money in Pandora stores on a regular basis. At that point I was worthy of a sales associates assistance. Paige, helped me and she was WONDERFUL!

The associate rushed us and questioned why we picked items under a certain price ,which made us upset .She was rude when we asked about certain charms telling us she needs to see the book because she doesn't know every charm.

There was a 45 minute line, because they only had 3 associates working. Once I got into the store, the merchandise was scarce. I am very satisfied with the merchandise that Pandora has to offer, recently purchased some merchandise in Aruba at one of your stores there and the staff was extremely friendly and able to assist with ease.
