The sales associate mannerisms is not what I am used to at Pandora,I just didn’t feel like I was that important (maybe it was the time of day,I came in after 8:00pm)

Holida8.. felt rushed.. my bracelet was not put back together correctly. Also would've purchased more but assistant was also helping someone else . No other sakes assists stopped working with a customer to help another.

The associate was like in a hurry, not help in my purchase like only want the sell and that it. Not friendly at all. Limited selection of items.

Sales associate didn’t know pricing, what’s in stock, nothing. I didn’t get a book with my purchase to continue to build my bracelet, the sales associate gave no recommendations, and the charms I seen online didn’t look anything like the picture in person. I had to keep repeating myself

The wait time was not acceptable. The associate was not too friendly at the beginning of the sale.

Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by either two of the associates. Although they were working with customers, neither one acknowledge my presence. After 20 MINUTES, Tanya came out from lunch and asked if I was being helped. I advised "no" and expressed how disappointed that my presence was not acknowledge, at the very least with, "Hello, someone will be with you in a moment". A customers left the store (without purchasing), the available associate STILL did not acknowledge me prior to Tanya. My visit was to have my Pandora bracelet (w/15 charms) and Pandora necklace with (w/Butterfly Pearl) cleaned, as well as, purchasing myself a Birthday gift. Tanya was great, very knowledgeable about the products, and tried to up-sell me on additional items after I selected the ring I wanted. Needless to say, my Birthday treat to myself was no longer fulfilling as previous purchases in the past. Tanya apologized upfront as well as in the end for my poor experience. I do hope that Pandora listen to my compliant and at the very least, use my comment as a learning opportunity for the team moving forward. Aletha C "Customer whose BIRTHDAY JOY was stolen"
