Pandora Jewelry

Due to sale a lot of people in store with originally only two employees and then a third came out after about 10 minutes.

Unfortunately one of the items my daughter wanted for her birthday is not available in the size she wanted in the store. And when I looked online, while it stated it came in that size, it was not available in the drop down. I sent an email inquiring about that and have not received a response.

DID NOT LIKE THAT I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET IN TO THE STORE AND SOME OF THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE TOO HIGH BUT I DO LOVE THE JEWELRY.

the experience was ok, just the associate was very very slow, but i guess that is her personality.

The store clerk took forever to assist. There wasn't any order in the store. My fiance paid with his cc which he removed the card to quick before payment could be documented. I get it(his fault) But everyone was looking like we committed fraud. Had the clerk taken us to the side it wouldn't have looked like such a big deal. We were told by the manager(Ubintha) the next day if the Money wasnt returned to his card. Luckily we had cash to purchase. We called her like she asked just to learn she didnt arrive until 5. Which who has the whole day to play phone tag?????

When i entered the store i was not greeted by anyone. Although the staff were assisting others i would expect a greeting to acknowledge my presence.

Hello, Pandora has some lovely products, I would buy your jewelry again, perhaps in another store the saleswoman looked at me contemptuously when I entered the store from top to bottom, her way of looking was unpleasant, although I kept buying and seeing her products.

The process was long and the clerk was not knowledgeable
