Wait to long Sales rep .not patient enough. Feel pressured to get what i wanted quickly

I really wanted a Gift Certificate for the items but was unable to get one .

Small store and very busy. Wasn't sure when it was my turn. But it all worked oug.

There was a promotion happening at the time and the store was crowded. It was a bit difficult to view items properly because of limited space available to move around. I had to choose items fast without being able to look around much.

Everything was good easy clean but not over and beyond the top

They help me a lot

The store is always busy and it takes quite sometime for the associates to get to you and it is a very small store

1. Called to get directions in relation to the direct location in the entire Westfield Mall. Associate unable to pinpoint location. 2. Associate who took care of me was not friendly.

There was a long wait outside the store. Only three members of the staff were in the store so they were only letting customers they were helping in at one time. We were not able to look around the store, instead were handed a book to go through. This was my first Pandora bracelet purchase and would have preferred to look around the gorgeous store; I probably would have purchased more had I been able to.

The sale clerk was very friendly, I felt very comfortable with her. She was very knowledgeable about the charms that were available. I asked to rearrange the charms on a bracelet and in no time she did it perfectly. She was an excellent help in every way.
