Great store with good selection, friendly and willing staff. This location has a good reputation and is normally very busy(always has a line). I normally find a charm that I like here.

I stranded in line for over an hour. The pieces I wanted wasn't available. The systems froze and i wasn't able to get my receipt. Overall the associate was very nice and helpful.

Granted that it was the holiday season, it was a bit ridiculous to have customers lined up outside of the store without acknowledging them, offering to show merchandise or pamphlets before entering the store to lessen the time spent there. Further, they were out of stocks for two of the items I wished to purchase and most of the store was silver items. It would be nice to see more gold and rose pieces.

Due to Holidays the wait outside the store was about 40 minutes.

The wait time was very long. There was a line outside the store. The store was small.

One item that I wanted to purchase was not available.

After I made my purchase to meet the complimentary bracelet requirements, I had to return to the store as they were out of stock. I wasn't happy when I approached a sales associate and she was not pleasant or receptive. She made no eye contact and shrugged me off. It's almost as if she was displeased.

Some of the gifts which i wanted were not available especially a few charms and two gift sets.

Provided with the booklet with inventory after looking at the limited supply in the display area.

had to wait 30 min to get into the store because there was only 3 assoc. helping customers.
