Took a while to be helped.

No one is perfect so I will never give someone that high rating

Everything was awesome at Pandora Stores.

It's great idea as a gift but not much fantasy

The store is way to small. Cant move around.

I had to wait for 45 min to get someone to help me at this location, there is always a short of staff

A lot of the charms, clips and safety chains I wanted, the store didn't have in stock.

I would really like there to be more help at the desk or around the store because the long wait wasn’t that best experience. I love pandora and it’s jewelry but the staff is very little and they work very slow so it takes hours just to even ask to get your bracelet cleaned which I actually came in for The other day but I wasn’t able to get my bracelets cleaned due to the really long line. I actually stood there for an hour and was still not attendened. So more workers would be great!

I walked up and stood in line behind one person, standing there for about ten minutes when a sales clerk tells me the lady in front of me was the last customer. So I said ok and left the line, only being there because I received a gift card for Christmas and wanted to use it, well I walked across the mall and came back to see they allowed more customers to go in, I drove to the mall for one reason and that was to go to Pandora not only was I not happy that I would have to make another trip back to the store to use this gift card, so my experience with my visit was not satisfactory.
