Pandora Jewelry

I recieved a gift my first, Pandora bracelet I noticed my orginal charm had a piece missing. I wandered in to the store and to my surprise after a longer than usual wait, I found out I could exchange the charm. My new one was perfect until I noticed on the ride home that it had another gem lifted and loose looking and now I’m back with the the same defected as the orginal a piece missing.

The store is very small. Not enough walking space. Thrones were pretty long too.

The store did not have some of the selections that I wanted to purchase and there was not enough staff to handle the traffic of people needing assistance .

They were not paying attention to people waiting for service. Had to go over to them and ask for help. They didn't have the item in size needed and was told to take larger and return it when right size was found

She was training another person. So she spent quite a bit of time talking to the trainee

I have been to many pandora stores and it seems that almost all of them fall short of having the merchandise in stock. My biggest problem ,however, with pandora is their size of rings. My ring finger is a size 4. I would love to have many of your rings in size 4. If you already have them at 4.5, why not make them 4? There is only one with size 4 and 3.75 but rarely available either online or at any store I’ve been to. It’s frustrating and disappointing. I would love to see pandora make their rings in size 4.

I was looking at your new charms and they were not available in the store, some aren't even available until June. I went in the store excited for the newer charms but i was satisfied with the ones i got very happy.

I knew what I wanted. She was able to locate it within no time. Shopping was easy

The sale associates were all busy; the wait time was long. Some charms were not available.

Waiting for a sales associate was about 30 minutes, i think it is too long
