There were only two associates available to assist and it was myself and another customer waiting over 10 minutes to be helped.

There was no ease in selecting charms because I had to depend on the sales associate to take out each case which she did in pairs and it was a tedious process. It would be easier if there was a glass showcase where I could see all the charms displayed

all agents were with customers but no one greeted me and asked me to wait or told me where to wait to avoid confusion when additional customers came to the store.

Linda was very nice and helpful

The store was too crowded. It was hard to move around and see displays without bumping into someone or asking them to move over a bit.

I was very satisfied with the sales associates knowledge of the product and customer service skill set. The store was very clean and the product was easy to view.

One of the Associates told me if my bracelet broke again, she would not replace it.

It was great they were out of what I wanted

There was a long line outside, the wait time was more than thirty minutes, I felt like I was being rushed.

Being the day before Mother's Day the line went outside the store and around the corner. Wish they had a better flowing system and more employees available. It took me almost 2 hours of waiting to get in the store to make my purchase. By this time many items were sold out.
