My initial visit was horrible I was snubbed :( ...however, I was inclined to return and I met one of the most polite and knowledgeable rep Adande 182688..she erased the bad experience that I initially had and replaced it with a favorable one. I ended up returning to purchase even more than I had planned :) . She is a gem and should be recognized as such. I absolutely love my bracelet!!!!
