Good Service Social Distance was a Plus

I bought a pandora bracelet last year. It is stuck on my hand now they telling I will have to break it because they cannot open it

The lady who helped us kept bringing the tray with her as if we were going to take something I could be wrong maybe that’s the policy but I felt offended

I didn’t give highly satisfied because one or two items I was looking for wasn’t there. It was a little work for the associate to find the one I really wanted. She was great, customer service good. But due to Covid it just took more work to get to items. The sales associate did her job well. I still purchased.

Because is my first experience with Pandora and I would like to wait a bit just to use it.

The service was good

The Sales associates were not that friendly, except the one who came back from lunch , and made my purchasing experience alot better

Sales associate made excuses that she was off for a few days and wasn't so sure of the sales. Then there were minimal choices.

I called store after calling 3 prior that did not have the item I was looking for, the associate said yes they set it aside. Once arriving the did not have it & I had to compromise my purchases for what I actually wanted.

The store is too small
