Overall it was a pleasant experience. Not a whole lot of options were available

customer service was excellent, they listened and great suggestions.

The last few times I’ve been there I did not feel welcome. The assistants should greet you as you walk in. They should have more patience with the customers. And they should smile more, they always have a bad attitude. I am sorry to say this

I had nothing bad to say about my experience at this Pandora store.

Because some of the products were out of stock

Not easy to find merchandise. Not enough employees. Had to stand on line to wait to go in store.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the limited stock at the store. I was looking for charms and they only had a select few to choose from. Hopefully, they will stock up soon.

Some of the charms I wanted were not in the store.

The sales associate wasn’t pleasant. I was turning around as she walked away and thought I was about to walk and said in an unfriendly manner stay right there. I wasn’t going to anywhere. Even other customers saw. She also just tossed me the merchandise while I was look for a replacement. Could’ve been a little more nicer.
