I think that the buying process would have been better if they had more associates on the outside of the store to assist the customers waiting in line. Instead of waiting until the mall was about to close to try and assist everyone.

I did an in store pick up. There was an long line and I did not understand if that line was the same line for a pickup purchase. It took me 10 minutes to get an associate attention, I was even saying “hello” “ excuse me I have a question“ and nothing very rude. And when I got my items the bracelets were the wrong size when she gave me the correct size it was the wrong items completely ridiculous wasted about 30 minutes.

Just the waiting on line to get in but I understand it is the holiday season. Maybe they could have had people helping out outside the store.

Well, I understand the store has a minimum of 5 customers at a time. There were 2 couples in there. So my husband and I are obviously a couple, we knew what we wanted and had an appointment in 15 minutes. They wouldn't let my husband in with me. I understand the rules, yet we are a couple, not strangers and I needed him to inform me of what our daughter would actually like as far as charms go. We spent $134, should have spent Nothing
