The selection of earrings was very limited.

I had a discount code which I was not able to use in store, i was told it could only be used online, This was a discouragement as I also wanted to purchase a Pandora chain necklace

No reason

Well I was a bit disappointed not with the staff or store but because I came for an offer that was sent to me which was spend $150 and get a free bracelet for mother's day but they said the offer had ended. I still ended up spending over $300 but left with my heart a bit empty since I missed out on what I really came for.
