No reason

I am a teacher and the associates were unfamiliar with the discount available for teachers. In fact they told me it did not exist despite showing them the information on the website. I went to go back and forth with the manager, who didn’t bother to come over and speak to me about it and instead sent the information through the sales associate. There was a great deal of back and forth even though they could see on my profile that I have used the discount on previous purchases. I thought it was extremely unprofessional that they had no clue or at least denied the fact that the discount even existed.

The service was good but not wow. The clerk just wanted me in and out which is a good and bad thing . Overall I was glad to get the item at the discounted price

I went online because I just wanted two pieces not the set of the mandilorian and was told they did not have the helmet even though the website showed it was available. This was the 2 store I had gone to looking for it. One of the associates I believe manager went to the back and found it after I showed to other associates what the site said.

The associate probably it’s new. Didn’t know that much. He needs more training with products and the prices. He need more knowledge.
