I am very satisfied with the whole experience. I didn’t wander thru the store, I knew I wanted earrings and I got them. The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. No complaints!

I believe the store was to packed and line was very long. Customer service was young and didn't seem like they wanted to help .

There could have been a wider variety of charms and bracelets. There could have been more sale items.

The line was extremely long and I felt like they needed more sales associates within the store. Otherwise, I am highly satisfied. Also, I bought a necklace and the pendant was not as big as I thought it would be.

The first time me visiting this location was an amazing experience the sales associate was very friendly knew exactly what my husband was looking for me with out him even saying much. I went in there to get a gift for someone and left with a gift my husband decided to get me as well! Thanks to the sales associate she did an outstanding job Taylor is an amazing sales associate very friendly very soft spoken her professionalism was at the max thank you Taylor for helping me get the amazing gift I was looking for someone that doesn’t have Pandora and because of your amazing work ethic I was able to purchase the gift my friend will receive on Christmas and I know she will love it. As well thank you for helping my husband select the perfect gift for me again thank you Taylor

I love Pandora and usually shop in the Fort Lauderdale Galleria where the staff is beyond friendly. The Westfield mall was more convenient, so we went there. The salesperson we had was not personable at all. Perhaps she was just exhausted from the holiday rush.

The lady at the door could have been more polite she was not friendly, there was nobody else in line. My sales associate was very nice once I got to the counter she left for a long period of time. There was a lady that worked at the store but was off that day I asked her if she worked there she said she does but she was off but she was actually able to answer some questions and make some suggestions while I was waiting for my sales associate to come back
