We weren't greeted and had to ask for assistance. But because I really wanted my wife to have another bracelet which had her eye on, we went ahead and made the purchase. Customer service was definitely not a strong point for them that evening.

Assistan really Nice and Profesional

The salesperson was knowledgeable but slightly curt. I felt that she thought I was going to steal. In April I spent over 400$ at the Pandora Aventura Mall on gift for my new daughter in law. Since I have bought my son's partner a bracelet and some charms and just last night got my daughter a replacement bracelet with one charm.
