Tetiana was very nice and welcoming. She took the time to answer my questions and show me the things that I was looking for and never made me feel rushed. I was only there for an exchange of a birthday gift and dropped off my other bracelet for a cleaning. It was a very pleasant experience I didn't feel like a bother... I felt welcomed even though it wasn't a new purchase.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because as soon as I walked in the store there was an associate available to help me. She was very helpful in every aspect, I have never been in the store before so she made it really easy to understand. She definitely helped me visualize what I wanted to by even letting me see what the charms would look like on one of their bracelets.
