It brings me joy to come to this Pandora location. The familiar faces of is what brings me back to the store. Shaeva is super friendly and very helpful to the customers. Even with a crowded store due to the current promo, she had a happy welcoming smile. Once Shaeva became available, she quickly raise her arm up and said come on in as I was next in line. That made me feel special that she remembered me and greeted me with a smile.

I am highly satisfied because of the my first overall experience to the store.
