The new merchandise is exquisite. As always customer service is on point. I didn't find a lot of the charms I was looking for though so I was a little disappointed in that.

As soon as I entered the store a sales associate greeted me. I had pictures on my phone of the charms I wanted to purchase. Without any hesitation, she was able to find both charms. She was absolutely wonderful!
