Pandora has great customer service, although lines may be a little long. They help guide you by providing booklets in order to improve their wait. Definitely have several options to choose from and reasonable prices .

I took a bracelet I was given as a gift to return it or to exchange it I was given a brand new one, since the one I took to the store was a brand new one.

Once I was able to enter the store, I was very happy. The sales lady was very nice

My Sales rep was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional! If I had more money I would've spent more, but she understood and worked to meet my overall needs and I walked away a happy customer! Her name is Linda!! This is the way customer service should be!!! Thank you!! Just know that I and not a material girl, I am new to Pandora thanks to my husband treating me to a graduation gift, but because of the way she treated me on my first visit every, I will be returning soon!!!

The salesperson was top notch. She knew exactly what I asked for. She was kind, considerate and super friendly. She greeted me and my husband with a huge smile.

With Christmas right around the corner, I like how organized the store is, by letting in a few customers at a time. This defers all pushing and shoving and/or others from cutting each other off to get waited on. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the Christmas and the Disney beads that I asked her about. She gave me different options and showed me everything that I asked to see. She didn't rush me, even though there was a long line, so that was nice too. I must say, I went to the Pandora Store in the Galleria, the week before, and I felt rushed to make a decision. So, I told the girl I'd have to think about it, and that's when I decided to go to the Pandora Store in the Broward Mall.

I was issued a catalog while I was waiting on line outside the store. This enabled me to look for specifically what I was looking for and Tatiana was very helpful in processing my purchase.

I have been to pandora at least 4 times in the last two weeks, I love the service . Everything is always clean and neatly set up. Overall everything about pandora makes my heart smile .
